Sale of Retail Unit in Edinburgh Concludes
IME have concluded the sale of a small office unit in the tollcross area in Edinburgh City Centre.
At only 145sqft, IME bought the property a couple of years ago and refurbished it. Since, it has been let as a shoe boutique and toy shop but after the most recent tenant decided to move on we offered the property on the market for sale.
The sale has now concluded at a price of £50,000.
