IME have sold one of the retail units on their portfolio to the company that have been renting for the past 4 years.
Pentland Bathrooms opened a showroom on the premises after it was bought by IME and fully refurbished to provide a large open plan, ground floor showroom and storage in the basement.
After 4 years the company has been trading well and have decided to by the unit from IME.
IME are always happy to hear our tenants are succeeding and accepted an offer of £175,000 for the property.
