Townhouse Sale in North Berwick
IME have recently concluded the sale of a former church hall in North Berwick. The premises have been empty for some time and have recently only been used as storage but had great developmental potential as either a large town house or flatted development.
There was a lot of interest in the property from various private developers but the best offer came from a company that wanted to open a large children's nursery and had been looking in the area for some time.
The sale concluded at a price of £200,000. A price the client was very happy with.
