IME Conclude Office Sale
IME concluded the sale of an office unit in Lanark Road just before the Christmas break. After being instructed by the owner to secure a fast sale, IME approached a client currently investing in Commercial Property and secured a legal offer within 2 weeks.
We also supplied an Energy Performance Certificate meaning we could provide the client with the full service when asked to sell his property.
IME have also been instructed to let the property on behalf of the new owner as he feels we can provide a professional service at a fair price.
