IME have recently completed the sale of a large office unit on Lanark Rd. The owner approached us after seeing one of our sale boards in Edinburgh and asked us to get him a "quick" sale. IME immediatly set to work finding a buyer and approached one of our clients interested in Investing in Commercial Property. We had a legal offer within 2 weeks and the sale concluded just before the Christmas period.

A sale price of £220,000 was agreed which is above valuation.

IME are now marketing the property on behalf of the buyer.
